At Merino Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable footwear. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn Merino shoes back in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
